General and housekeeping announcements

• Upon sending a reservation confirmation upon receipt of a reservation request, the Terms and Conditions listed below apply to all guests of Holiday Home de Voetjes in Schoorl.
• Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm. Check-out no later than 11:00 am. Deviations in consultation with the owners.
• Noise should be avoided between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• Additional guest visitors are allowed, a maximum of 4 people may stay overnight.
• The accommodation is accessible 24 hours a day during the stay.
• Guests will receive the invoice in advance (including VAT and tourist tax).
• Guests must have a permanent residence or domicile.
• The person registered with us is the principal guest and must be at least 21 years of age or older. Identification may be requested.
• The key is in the key safe in the bike shed. Before arrival, the tenant will receive the number combination of the key safe. There is a second key in the vacation home. Keys must be left in the same place on departure.
• In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions and, or inappropriate behavior, the owners of Holiday Home de Voetjes may deny and/or refuse guests access to Holiday Home de Voetjes with immediate effect, without further notice and justification and without refund of accommodation expenses.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
• BBQ not on the wooden terrace but on the shell path or gravel (parking lot).
• Use of the sauna, wood stove and charging station can be done after consultation/instruction with the owners.
• This website and other communication channels have been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website, and the actual situation of the vacation home at the time of the guests’ visit. No rights can be derived by guests from such differences.

Cancellation Policy

• In the unlikely event that the guest is unable to use the vacation home, the guest must notify the owners as soon as possible so that we can offer the vacation home to others as soon as possible.
  For cancellations within one week before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation price is due as compensation. In case of cancellation on the day itself, 100% of the reservation price is due as compensation.

Liability

• The owners of Holiday Home de Voetjes cannot be held liable for personal injury resulting from the stay in the vacation home, nor can they be held liable for damage, loss or theft of guests’ property. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the guests.
  All risks related to a stay in Holiday home de Voetjes are for the account of the guests.
  Damages and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported and compensated immediately by the guests.
  In case of loss of keys of Holiday home de Voetjes, all resulting costs will be charged to the guest(s).

Privacy

• The provided personal data of guests will be treated confidentially by Holiday Home de Voetjes and will not be made available to third parties. We therefore adhere to the privacy law.
